Yes. Most banks will have a notary and this can be easily done. You do not have to email the notarized form with registration, just bring the form with you when you come.
Are there RV camping areas available?
Yes, there are RV camping areas available ONLY for workers, and not the general public; these are available on a first-come-first-served basis. We cannot reserve campsites. If you plan to bring an RV/Camper, we must be notified as there are weekly fees attached. Campers (persons) and unauthorized persons are NOT allowed in the RV area. For more information, please contact us.
Are there private cabins available for rent?
No. The cabins on the perimeter of the main campground area are privately owned by individuals belonging to the UPCI and are therefore not part of our rental contract.
Additional Suggestions
A few additional suggestions for parents and campers as you prepare for camp. Mark clothes and Bibles with camper’s name. From previous camps we have a large collection of Bibles, some appearing brand new that were left behind with no ID in them. At the close of camp each dorm leader scours the dorm for unclaimed clothing and often the campers don’t recognize that favorite shirt when it is wadded up as a ball, and without identification on the item we can’t get it home with the camper. In one dorm alone last year an entire trash can of clothing was left behind with no identification.
With covid restrictions having been lifted, we are once again allowing parents to attend the services this year. We do have a few of our own restrictions still in place regarding visitors, and they are as follows:
- Visitors are asked to park in the parking area to the south west side of the main auditorium and that all visitors leave the grounds before dark.
- We do not allow campers to leave the campground without permission from the camp administrator.
- Visitors are not to enter the dorms but are to remain in the common areas such as dining hall and auditoriums.
- Visitors may eat meals in the dining hall and we ask that those choosing to do so please make a donation for the cost of the meals. Suggested donations for meals $4 for those under age 10 and $7 for all others.
